Founder and CEO

Nathan Grassi, PhD.

Dr. Grassi is a renowned expert in the fields of technology integration, professional development, and learning design. With a Ph.D. in Educational Technology and over 15 years of practical experience, Dr. Grassi has played a pivotal role in transforming educational landscapes. His expertise lies in seamlessly integrating technology into learning environments, enhancing teaching methodologies, and fostering continuous professional development.

Dr. Grassi is passionate about creating engaging and innovative learning experiences that empower educators and inspire students. Known for his creative approach and deep understanding of pedagogical principles, he has successfully led numerous initiatives, equipping educational institutions with the tools and strategies necessary for the digital age. Clients value Dr. Grassi's insightful guidance, dedication to educational excellence, and his ability to bridge the gap between technology and effective learning outcomes.

Principal Consultant for Accessibility

Shaun Hoppel, MA.

Shaun brings with him over seven years of directly relevant experience in Accessibility from his previous roles as Auxiliary Aids and Services Coordinator at the University at Buffalo, Educational Technologist for Accessibility at SUNY Empire, and most recently, his role as Director of Disability Support Services at Hood College.

Shaun holds a bachelor’s degree in history with a minor in Spanish language from the University at Buffalo, and a master’s in educational technology from SUNY Empire.

Shaun’s work at his previous institutions has been focused not only on student service, but also on expanding and promoting a college-wide culture of best practices regarding digital accessibility. Shaun believes that inclusion work is his life’s mission.
